We use best and freshest Macadamia nuts mostly grown on Maui. Only in out of the season times we may use also Big Island Macadamia nuts. Other nuts used are Organic and outsourced from organic distributor on main land. We use granite stone grinders and do not add any amount of oil, only naturally accruing oils may separate during the storage. We produce this butters together with Sattvic Kitchen.
